Description

A refreshing Mediterranean Celery Green Juice made with celery, cucumber, parsley, mint, lemon, ginger, and a touch of green apple for a balanced, savory morning drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cold water if using blender
  • Ice, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients very well.
  2. Cut the celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger into pieces.
  3. For the juicer method, run parsley and mint through first.
  4. Follow with cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, and lemon.
  5. Stir the juice and serve right away.
  6. For the blender method, combine all ingredients with cold water in a blender.
  7. Blend until very smooth.
  8. Strain through a nut milk bag or fine strainer.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately over ice if desired.

Notes

Drink immediately for the freshest taste.

If storing, refrigerate in a sealed jar and use within 24 hours.

Shake well before drinking if the juice separates.

Use the blender method if you do not own a juicer.
