A refreshing Mediterranean Celery Green Juice made with celery, cucumber, parsley, mint, lemon, ginger, and a touch of green apple for a balanced, savory morning drink.
Ingredients

- 6 celery stalks
- 1 English cucumber
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 to 1 cup cold water if using blender
- Ice, optional
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients very well.
- Cut the celery, cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger into pieces.
- For the juicer method, run parsley and mint through first.
- Follow with cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, and lemon.
- Stir the juice and serve right away.
- For the blender method, combine all ingredients with cold water in a blender.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Strain through a nut milk bag or fine strainer.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately over ice if desired.
Notes
Drink immediately for the freshest taste.
If storing, refrigerate in a sealed jar and use within 24 hours.
Shake well before drinking if the juice separates.
Use the blender method if you do not own a juicer.
