Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered keto sweetener and vanilla, then mix until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread or pipe the filling into small bar shapes on a lined tray.
- Freeze until rock-hard.
- Melt the sugar-free chocolate slowly.
- Stir in coconut oil to thin the chocolate if needed.
- Dip or spoon the melted chocolate over the frozen centers.
- Return to the freezer or refrigerator until the shell sets.
Notes
Use powdered sweetener for the smoothest filling.
Freeze the centers completely before dipping or they may melt into the chocolate.
