Ingredients

For the Filling:
- 1 package (30 count) phyllo cups (frozen or fresh, ready-to-bake)
- 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey/chicken)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 2–3 tablespoons)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Optional Toppings:
- Diced tomatoes
- Sliced green onions
- Sliced jalapeños
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Fresh cilantro
- Hot sauce
Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350°F (or as directed on your phyllo cups package). Arrange the phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
2️⃣ Cook the Meat
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up into small crumbles, until fully browned (about 6–7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
3️⃣ Season the Filling
Stir in the ranch seasoning and 2–3 tablespoons of water. Simmer for another minute, allowing the flavors to combine.
4️⃣ Fill the Cups
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the taco-ranch meat filling into each phyllo cup. Don’t overfill to keep the cups crispy and easy to eat.
5️⃣ Top with Cheese & Bake
Sprinkle shredded cheese over each filled cup. Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with your choice of toppings like tomatoes, green onions, or a dollop of sour cream. Serve warm.
Notes
Bake the empty phyllo cups for 3–5 minutes before filling for extra crispiness.
Use lean meat to avoid soggy shells.
These are best enjoyed fresh but you can prep the filling ahead of time and assemble right before baking.
