With layers of fudgy brownie chunks, creamy cheesecake filling, fluffy whipped topping, and rich salted caramel sauce, it’s the ultimate no-bake dessert. Perfect for holidays, celebrations, or anytime you want a dessert that stops people in their tracks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pan brownies (homemade or boxed), cooled and cubed
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Optional toppings: chocolate curls, sea salt flakes, crushed toffee, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownies. Let them cool completely and cut into small cubes.
  • Make the cheesecake filling. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  • Layer in trifle bowl or jars:
  1. Brownie chunks
  2. Cheesecake mixture (pipe or spoon in)
  3. Salted caramel drizzle
  4. Whipped topping
  • Repeat until bowl is full, finishing with whipped topping and garnishes.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred) before serving. Garnish just before serving.

Notes

For cleaner layers, use a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped.

Swap brownies with chocolate cake or cookie crumbles for variations.

Best served chilled. Lasts 3–4 days refrigerated.

Want to freeze? Spoon into airtight containers and freeze up to 2 weeks. Thaw overnight in fridge.
