- 4 fresh jalapeños
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese

- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 10–12 minutes until skins blister.
- Remove jalapeños, let them cool, then peel, deseed, and chop them finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Add chopped jalapeños, bacon bits, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or skillet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
