Ingredients

- 1 cup warm filtered water
 - ¼ to ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine ground)
 - Optional: juice of ½ fresh lemon
 - Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper (for metabolism boost)
 
Instructions

- Warm the filtered water to room temperature or slightly warmer — do not boil.
 - Add Himalayan pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
 - If desired, squeeze in lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne.
 - Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
 - Wait 20–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
 
Notes
Start with ¼ tsp salt if you’re new to this routine, and increase to ½ tsp as tolerated.
Lemon adds flavor and vitamin C, but is optional.
