Description

This Oreo truffle stuffed strawberries recipe is an easy, no-bake dessert that looks impressive and tastes even better. With just two ingredients—cream cheese and Oreo cookies—you’ll create a smooth truffle filling that gets piped into fresh, juicy strawberries. Dip them in chocolate, decorate with crushed Oreos, and serve for a party-perfect treat in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (large and firm)
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (36 cookies), crushed finely
  • 8 oz chocolate for dipping (dark, milk, or white)
  • Optional toppings: crushed Oreos, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and completely dry the strawberries. Use a small knife to hull out the centers.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with finely crushed Oreo cookies until smooth.
  3. Fill a piping bag with the Oreo truffle mixture and pipe into each strawberry.
  4. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each filled strawberry into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Add desired toppings before chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to firm up. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

For a cookies-and-cream twist, dip in white chocolate and top with mini Oreos.

You can prep and fill the strawberries the day before—dip in chocolate the day of serving.

Use flavored Oreos for creative variations (mint, red velvet, peanut butter, etc.).

Make extra truffle filling and roll into balls for quick no-bake Oreo truffles.

This dessert is best made with firm, ripe strawberries for clean filling and dipping.
