Halloween Whoopie Pies are soft, spooky treats everyone loves! Make them in under 30 minutes with this fun and easy recipe.

			- 1 box Devil’s Food cake mix (15.25 oz)
 - ¾ cup water
 - ½ cup vegetable oil
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1 box chocolate fudge instant pudding (4-serving)
 - 2 tubs vanilla cake icing (16 oz each)
 - Orange food coloring gel
 - Edible black glitter or Halloween sprinkles
 - Powdered sugar (optional)
 - Black licorice (optional)
 - Candy eyes
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
 - Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, and water.
 - Scoop batter into 18–36 small rounds.
 - Bake for 7–10 minutes. Cool completely.
 - Tint icing with orange food coloring.
 - Pipe icing onto one half, top with another to make sandwiches.
 - Decorate with sprinkles, candy eyes, or licorice legs.
 - Serve, store, or chill for later.
