 - Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes to lightly crisp.
 - Flip one slice upside down so the garlic butter side faces inward.
 - Top it with one mozzarella slice, sprinkle with shredded Parmesan, then layer the second mozzarella slice.
 - Place the second garlic toast on top, buttered side up, to form a sandwich.
 - Return the sandwich to the air fryer and cook for 3 more minutes.
 - Remove from the air fryer and let sit for 1–2 minutes before slicing.
 - Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes
Use pre-seasoned frozen garlic Texas toast for the best flavor and texture.
Don’t skip the first toast—it keeps the sandwich from getting soggy.
Let the sandwich cool slightly before cutting for the cleanest cheesy pull.
