Ingredients
Scale
- 12.5 oz canned chunk chicken breast, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- Tortilla chips, celery, and carrots for dipping
Instructions
1- Add chicken, cream cheese, cheese, wing sauce, and ranch to crock pot.
2- Stir to combine.
3- Cook on LOW for 1½–2 hours, stirring occasionally.
4- Serve warm with dippers.
Notes
- Use cooked chicken: This recipe calls for pre-cooked chicken (like canned or rotisserie). Raw chicken is not recommended as it can release too much liquid and undercook in a dip setting.
- Soften the cream cheese: Letting your cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before mixing helps it blend more smoothly into the dip.
- Customize the heat: If you want it spicier, add more buffalo wing sauce or a few dashes of hot sauce. To tone it down, increase the ranch dressing slightly.
