Description

A fun, no-bake dessert featuring chilled cheesecake centers wrapped in a crispy cotton candy shell. Perfect for holidays, birthdays, and themed parties.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 4 cups cotton candy (various colors)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed graham crackers and whipped topping.
  3. Chill the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
  4. Scoop into small balls, roll them, and freeze for 20 minutes.
  5. Wrap each chilled ball in a flattened cotton candy sheet and shape into a smooth round.
  6. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving.
