Description

Banana split fluff salad recipe with pudding, whipped topping, and fruit. A no-bake dessert perfect for potlucks, cookouts, and holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or fudge (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix pudding mix with crushed pineapple and juice until thick.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip until smooth.
  3. Add marshmallows, strawberries, and cherries.
  4. Gently stir in bananas last.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Top with extra cherries, banana slices, and chocolate if desired.

Notes

Add bananas just before serving to avoid browning.

Toss banana slices in lemon juice for added freshness.

Recipe can be doubled for large gatherings.
